A chair with a right-angled seat and back plate looks beautiful as an object, but uncomfortable to sit on. Therefore, We thought about supporting the body with the minimum number of members by making a big hole only in the part where the body of the vertical backrest leans. As a result, the backrest became T-shaped, so this chair is named “T-chair”.

In addition, This chair has been devised by a manufacturing method. The front and rear legs, and the joint material between them, are cut out from an h-shaped integrated plywood with a thickness of 40 mm. And by making the T-shaped backrest, seat surface, and everything out of plywood and simplifying the joints of the members as much as possible, it not only simplifies the production but also leads to cost reduction, and as a result, a new beauty, it will lead to the pursuit.
