Piuarch[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]In this building Piuarch creates a façade characterized by the careful orthogonal composition of numerous hollow volumes. This design as well as having a strong impact on the aesthetics of the building is an alternative technical solution to solar screens.
The appearance of the opposite facade is completely different because it is made with a continuous glass façade.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_single_image image=”20089″ img_size=”full” css=”.vc_custom_1573823901465{margin-bottom: 0px !important;border-bottom-width: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;}”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1573823531498{margin-top: 0px !important;border-top-width: 0px !important;padding-top: 0px !important;}”]

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The office building of Bentini Building & Engineering consists of a single, linear volume set back from the road, and has been designed according to the highest standards of quality, combining great flexibility of the interior spaces with a simple and well-organized floor plan on different levels. The top floor can be utilized for events and conferences also by the local residents. The street-side façade lends a distinctive and unique character to the building, superimposing over the continuous glass facing of the offices a modular grid of angled solar. The rear façade of the building, entirely in glass, is designed to maintain strong visual continuity with the surrounding countryside.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”20087″ img_size=”full” css=”.vc_custom_1573823913572{margin-bottom: 0px !important;border-bottom-width: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;}”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1573823531498{margin-top: 0px !important;border-top-width: 0px !important;padding-top: 0px !important;}”]

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The rear façade of the building, entirely in glass, is designed to maintain strong visual continuity with the surrounding countryside.
The plaza resulting from the geometry of the volumes becomes a protected public site that connects with the city centre. The plaza acts as a focal point into which the routes from the city centre flow, filtering them toward the lakeside promenade.
A grid of angled sun filters divides the façade into rectangular compartments of varying dimensions. Sunlight models the volumes differently over the course of the day, creating a perception of the building as being in a state of continuous transformation[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”20088″ img_size=”full” css=”.vc_custom_1573823928935{margin-bottom: 0px !important;border-bottom-width: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;}”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1573823531498{margin-top: 0px !important;border-top-width: 0px !important;padding-top: 0px !important;}”]
